Lucien is a design engineer at ADS and is responsible for machine design, detailing and compliance to various customer specifications. He focuses on all of details of a project in order to ensure everything fits together and can be manufactured.
Lucien started in the special machinery business in 1977. After 11 years, he started Designtek where ADS became one of his customers until 1991 when Lucien was asked to join ADS. He was instrumental in bringing Computer Aided Design to ADS and since then, has helped ADS to become what it is today.
Outside of the office, he is an active member of the Rochester West Central Kiwanis, a service organization that gives back and supports the community.
